(Deadline.com, 2/10)
BLACK-ISH (ABC) - Producers are casting for a teen version of Tracee Ellis Ross's character of Rainbow to be featured in an episode that may serve as a backdoor pilot for a prequel series. He'll likewise executive produce the project alongside Kenya Barris for ABC Studios should it move forward. (Deadline.com)

DEVIL IN THE WHITE CITY, THE (Hulu, New!) - Erik Larson's book - which "tells the true story of two men, an architect and a serial killer, whose fates were forever linked by The Chicago World's Fair of 1893" - is being developed as a TV series by the streaming service, Paramount Television, Appian Way Productions and Sikelia Productions. Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio, Rick Yorn, Emma Koskoff, Jennifer Davisson and Stacey Sher are among the executive producers. No writer was indicated. (Deadline.com)

EXTRA (Syndication) - Co-host A.J. Calloway has been suspended "after several women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct." "In light of additional allegations brought to our attention, we are expanding our ongoing inquiries, and Mr. Calloway has been suspended pending further review," Warner Bros. Television said in a statement. "We take such allegations very seriously and are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all of our employees." (THR.com, 2/9)
FBI: MOST WANTED (CBS) - Alana de la Garza is the latest addition to the potential "FBI" spin-off as A.S.A.C. LESS THAN ZERO/SEARCH AND DESTROY (Hulu) - The streaming service has passed on both pilots. The former was a drama based on Bret Easton Ellis's novel-turned-feature while the latter was semi-autobiographical comedy from Carrie Brownstein. (Deadline.com)
WOMAN UP (ABC) - Zoe Lister-Jones is set to direct her single-camera comedy pilot, in which two former teen moms have worked their asses off to see their daughters all the way through high school graduation. And now, at 35, they're ready to make up for the youth they never had. (Deadline.com)
ZOEY'S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST (NBC) - Jane Levy has scored the title role on the drama pilot, about "a whip-smart but socially awkward girl in her late 20's, Zoey (Levy) who is suddenly able to hear the innermost thoughts of people around her as songs and even big musical numbers that they perform just for her. With this new ability at her disposal, she is able to use her "gift" to not only help herself understand people in her life, but also to help others around her." Additionally, Richard Shepard has come on board to direct and executive produce, replacing Paul Feig, who had to bow out due to his busy feature schedule. (Deadline.com)
