Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: CBS Tops Charts in Viewers, Demos

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (11/26/19):

CBS (8.892 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #1) pulled into the top spot on Tuesday thanks to new episodes of "NCIS" (10.988 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1), "FBI" (8.835 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #4) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (6.853 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5).

NBC (7.287 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2) then had to settle for second with a new "The Voice" (7.842 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1) followed by the special "Dolly Parton: 50 Years at the Opry" (7.010 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5).

Next up was ABC (3.217 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3) and originals from "The Conners" (5.763 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1), "Bless This Mess" (3.580 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.7, #7), "Mixed-ish" (2.749 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8), "Black-ish" (2.567 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.5, #11) and "Emergence" (2.323 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T12).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.992 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3) offered up new episodes of "The Resident" (3.521 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8) and "Empire" (2.464 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8).

And finally, fresh installments from "The Flash" (1.195 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T12) and "Arrow" (0.789 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #14) rounded out the night on The CW (0.992 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5).

CBS (6.575 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2) then took home the silver despite an all-repeat mix of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" (8.135 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.7, #2), "NCIS" (6.859 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T8) and "FBI" (4.732 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T12).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/3; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/3 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.1/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.2/5 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.2/2 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2 with an encore.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
