Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "This Is Us" Leads Demo Race for NBC

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (4/13/21):

FOX (2.686 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T1) and NBC (3.439 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T1) share in the demo honors on Tuesday as the former offered up the return of "The Resident" (3.398 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) and "Prodigal Son" (1.973 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5).

The latter then served up originals from "Young Rock" (2.792 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2), "Kenan" (1.974 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), "This Is Us" (4.628 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #1) and "New Amsterdam" (3.306 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5).

Next up was CBS (4.322 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) with its repeat lineup of "NCIS" (5.419 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), "FBI" (4.221 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5) and "FBI: Most Wanted" (3.327 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12).

Meanwhile, ABC (3.046 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) offered up a new "Pooch Perfect" (2.442 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5) alongside the return of "Big Sky" (3.455 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) and a second "Big Sky" (3.240 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5).

And finally, fresh installments from "The Flash" (0.925 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12) and "Supergirl" (0.580 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.1, #14) on The CW (0.753 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) rounded out the evening.
