(from Netflix's press release, June 2018) Netflix, the world's leading internet entertainment service, announced the main cast of Brazilian original series, Coisa Mais Linda. The seven episodes series commenced principal photography this week in Brazil. Coisa Mais Linda stars Maria Casadevall (Os Dias Eram Assim, Mulheres Alteradas, I Love Paraisópolis) as Maria Luiza, a rich and dutiful woman who has always depended on her father and husband. After being left alone in Rio, against her better judgment -- and to the chagrin of her strict father -- Maria Luiza decides to stay in the city and dedicate herself to turning her husband's property into a Bossa Nova club. Great talents such as Thaila Ayala, who brings life to Helô, Leandro Lima playing Chico, and &Icaute;caro Silva as Capitão, among others, complement the cast.
